Rosalie hosted a shearing party at her farm in St. Louis in September. Here are the rabbits waiting to be sheared. Looks like they have a body guard!
Everyone will be meeting again in December to have the rabbits judged and shear again expecting their animals to meet the minimum wool weight of 325 grams.

I have just begun breeding German Angoras for hand spinning and I would like to learn more. I have a new litter of kits, a buck and a doe. I am harvesting a humongous ammout of wool just from these two! I am interested in atending a shearing party. Will there be any near Minnesota in the near future? I have several friends who would also be very interested as well.
